1. In-House Raw Material Procurement
Through our sister company, Jayveer Steel Trading Company, we source premium HR plates directly from reputed steel mills. This ensures a consistent supply of top-grade raw material for all machining jobs.
2. Surface Preparation - Grinding & Plan Milling
Before machining, every plate is thoroughly ground to remove surface imperfections. We then perform facing operations using a plan milling machine, ensuring a flat and uniform surface for accurate further machining.
3. High-Precision VMC Machining
Once the client company shares the CAD part file, our in-house programmer uses it to create an accurate CAM programtailored to the job requirements. This program is then handed over to our skilled VMC operator, who runs it on the machine to precisely machine the component as per design specifications.
4. Critical Drilling & Tapping Operations
Once the VMC job is completed, the part undergoes sensitive drilling operations on radial drill machines, followed by accurate tapping using tapping machines. These final steps demand special care to maintain exact depth, position, and thread quality.
5. Final Quality Check & Dispatch
Before dispatch, our clients are invited for a final inspection and quality check at our facility. Only after their approval are the parts packed and dispatched. This transparent process ensures 100% satisfaction and zero rejection.
